Wow, this poor blog has really been treated like a bald-headed step-child.  It’s been moved from here to there and on to another place.  It’s gone ignored for months on end.  But I’m hoping that is now all behind me and I can finally get on with expanding this blog.

As you can see, I reside in the state of Indiana. However, my heart is Highland. I am firmly convinced I was simply born in the wrong country.

I have a couple of Scottish-oriented vBulletin forums. One is the Clan Lamont / Scottish Forums and the other is the Clann Alba Forums.

I have recently opened the Na Fir Dileas USA site, another vBulletin forum for American Jacobites. Na Fir Dileas is the Scottish Gaelic for The Loyal Men. We are currently in the process of setting up a US Chapter of the Na Fir Dileas clan in Scotland. There are hundreds of thousands of Scottish descendants in the US, many of whom consider themselves to be Jacobites. And we are now positioning ourselves to bring those like-minded people together, along with our ‘cousins’ in Alba.
